Great cooler, could use clearer return info

I was looking for a good travel solution for my meds and the Disoncare digital temperature display cooler caught my eye. It's a really solid piece of kit, keeps everything perfectly chilled and the display is super handy for peace of mind. I got it with a multi-item bundle discount which was nice, but I did have to dig a bit to find the return policy when I was checking out – it would be great if that was a little more prominent. Still, very happy with the purchase and it arrived pretty quick. Definitely recommend for anyone needing a reliable diabetic supply travel kit.

Perfect for my travels!

This Disoncare insulin cooler is just what I needed! I picked up the Intercontinental Series 5-7 Pens and it's fantastic. My insulin stays perfectly cool for hours and hours, even when I'm out and about all day. I used it on my last vacation and had no worries at all about my medication. It fits neatly in my bag. I am so relieved to have found such a reliable solution! I'm already planning my next purchase from them.

Odyssey Series for daily use

I got the Odyssey Series 2-3 Pens cooler for my daily commute. It arrived fairly quickly, maybe 4 days after ordering. The cooler itself is compact and keeps my pens at the right temperature, which is the main thing. I appreciate that it's TSA approved; good for future travel. My only small gripe is the lid can be a little stiff to open sometimes, especially when it's cold. It's not a huge deal, but something they could probably refine. Value for money feels about right for what it does.

Good deal on Nomad

I was looking for a good deal on a portable medication cooler and found the Nomad Series. They had a first order discount that brought the price down, which was great. Free shipping over 50 helped too. It felt like a good value for what I paid. The cooler works, keeping my meds at a consistent temperature. Definitely worth the purchase if you can snag a discount like I did.

Got the insulin cooling pouch

Yeah, so I needed something for my insulin when I'm out. Grabbed the insulin cooling pouch. It got here pretty quick, like within a week. It's not fancy or anything, but it does the job. My insulin stays cool, and it's easy to just throw in my backpack. No complaints, it works as expected.

Intercontinental Series purchase

I ordered the Intercontinental Series 5-7 Pens cooler directly from their website last month. The ordering process was straightforward enough, and I received an email confirmation right away. It took 6 days to reach me in Arizona, which was within the estimated delivery window. The packaging was secure, and the cooler arrived in perfect condition. I was a bit unsure about preparing the biogel ice packs, so I used their chat support, and the representative was very helpful and patient, guiding me through the steps. The cooler itself feels well-made and sturdy. I've used it for a few short trips, and my insulin has stayed perfectly cool, even in the car. It's a bit larger than I expected, but it easily fits in my carry-on. The digital temperature display is a nice touch, giving me peace of mind. Overall, a solid product and good service.

Are these Disoncare coolers really better than something like a Frio or Glucology? I'm trying to decide between them.

R Ryan 2 months ago
I had a Frio before and it was okay, but the Disoncare ones feel way more robust, especially for longer trips. Plus, the digital display on some models is super helpful.

Yeah, Disoncare's vacuum insulation is a game changer for real temperature stability. Frio relies on evaporation, which isn't as consistent in all climates. I think it's worth the extra for peace of mind.

How long do these things actually keep meds cool? I'm going on a long trip.

A Amber Y. 2 months ago
Depends on the model, but my Odyssey kept my pens cold for over 24 hours easily. Their website has specific times for each one.

Mine kept my growth hormone meds good for the whole 2-day drive, even with some stops. The biogel packs are pretty solid.

Hey, wondering if these coolers are okay for flying? Like, can I bring them on a plane without issues?

R Ryan 1 month ago
Yeah, totally. I've flown with mine a bunch of times, no problem with TSA. It's designed for that.

Can confirm, my doctor actually recommended Disoncare specifically because it's good for air travel. Just make sure your meds are clearly labeled if you need to explain anything.

Does anyone know if there's a code for new customers? trying to save a few bucks on the Intercontinental series.

O Omar S. 2 months ago
I think if you sign up for their newsletter, they usually send you one for your first purchase. Worth a shot!

G Gwen Marsh 2 months ago
Yeah, check your email after signing up. Mine was like 10 or 15% off, something like that. They don't let you stack codes though, just fyi.
